Rights & Privacy (Buckley Amendment)
In keeping with the provisions of the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act of 1974, as amended, also known as the Buckley Amendment, Urban College of Boston will provide eligible students with the opportunity to review the student's education records, to seek corrections of information on those records, and to limit disclosure of said information. The College conforms to federal regulations regarding privacy rights according to the Buckley Amendment. A copy of the Buckley Amendment is kept on file in the Office of the Academic Dean.
