Student Comments:
" I took a cooking class in the certificate program at Haley House. The class was a very positive experience to learn about the impact of healthy cooking. I ate food that I thought I would never eat, but for the most part, what we cooked was delicious. What we prepared in class, we ended up eating. I would recommend this class to anyone."

" Healthy and Safe Cooking showed me how to read labels, do my grocery shopping in an organized way, shop at the farmers market, read, follow and adjust ingredients to make a recipe healthier. Best of all was the opportunity to cook in a restaurant kitchen and enjoy a wholesome meal. I finished this course enlightened to continue this certificate program"
