Urban College COO, Caitlin Callahan, named one of Boston Business Journal's 40 under 40

Congratulations to Urban College of Boston’s COO, Caitlin Callahan, for being named a 2025 honoree for Boston Business Journal's 40 under 40!

Caitlin joined Urban College in March 2018 and has been an integral part of expanding the college's mission ever since.

She has secured resources through multi-year grants (including from the Cummings Foundation and the Boston Children's Hospital Collaboration for Community Health) and pro bono consulting engagements, established and deepened community partnerships, and supported the implementation of the affiliation with Impact.org.

Our college community deeply appreciates her dedication, and we are thrilled to see her receive this well-earned honor!
