People are empowered to tap into our potential when we have support, safety, and access to opportunity. Each one of us has potential – it just needs to be validated and achieved. Communities are made up of individuals, and just one person can help another discover and seize their capabilities.

They created the environment where I could succeed and learn from my failures. They helped me see my own potential, and turn that potential into reality. Now, this, is the power of community."
