What’s Driving Growth in These Fields?

There are three major forces fueling the career momentum in Digital Marketing and Business.

1. Digital Engagement & Globalization

The rise of digital platforms, the explosion of data-driven strategies, and the growing need to reach customers across global markets is rapidly accelerating digital marketing spending and global competition. This is increasing demand for marketers who understand analytics, branding, and international localization.

2. Data-Based Decision Making

Businesses today depend on results driven by data. Organizations depend on business analysts and managers who can interpret analytics and use data to continuously improve performance/outcomes. This demand for data literacy exists in every industry, increasing employment options for business graduates. [8]

3. Career Mobility and Transfer Opportunities

Both concentrations prepare graduates for rewarding entry-level roles and make it easy to transfer to four-year degree programs if they wish to pursue bachelor’s degrees. Urban College helps its students transfer into bachelor completion programs through transfer agreements with several colleges.
